The Central Nebraska Council on Alcoholism and Addictions, Inc. is searching for a full-time Prevention Educator. Responsibilities include organizing/teaching/facilitating youth and adult alcohol/drug education programs, community presentations, assisting with fund raising, and community collaboration. Position requires good communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Human Services-related field; experience working with diverse groups; basic understanding of alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention concepts and services; computer literate. Must have a valid Nebraska Drivers License and own transportation. Bilingual skills beneficial. Salary commensurate with experience.
