TEEN POWER! is a FREE educational program for youth ages 12-17 affected by a loved one’s addiction. This program is designed to help young people:

✔️Understand addiction in an age-appropriate way
✔️Understand biological risk
✔️Learn a variety of problem-solving, coping, and self-care strategies
✔️Explore and express feelings in a safe and supportive environment
✔️Build self-esteem, self-worth, and positive feelings about themselves and
✔️Deal with peer pressure and practice refusal skills
